At HEALTH LYNC the health and safety of our passengers, employees, and communities we serve, continues to remain our priority.

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we quickly responded to address the concerns and ongoing risk around the spread COVID-19 by implementing protocols and procedures which are aligned with current public health authorities' guidelines and recommendations.

In our on-going effort to reduce the risk of community spread, effective immediately, Health Lync will request that all passengers travel with a mask. Our fleet Drivers will have a limited supply of Health Lync branded masks available should a passenger not have one.

This new protocol is part of our extensive response which includes:

  1. Driver Self Screening, as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety all passengers to minimize the risk of transmission. HEALTH LYNC drivers are self-screened daily.
  2. Passenger Pre-screening, All HEALTH LYNC drivers have been instructed to pre-screen all passengers before entry into vehicle.
  3. Vehicle Sanitization, with compliance to Covid-19 Ontario Health and safety standards all HEALTH LYNC drivers arrive wearing masks and are equipped with hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and all vehicles are cleaned with Micro Ban 24-hour protection. All drivers wipe down the vehicle thoroughly after every trip.

HEALTH LYNC continues to operate and remains thoroughly prepared and ready to respond to the ever-changing needs of our passengers and partners.

HEALTH LYNC will follow all Covid-19 protocols and regulations provided by Ontario Health.
